UI Careers Connections
By registering on THÍ, you can reach around 14,000 students at all levels of higher education and promote connections between the business community and researchers. You have therefore joined the group of numerous companies and institutions that have used this platform to collaborate in various ways.

CAREER DAYS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF HI 2026

A diverse program will be offered with interesting lectures, presentations, visits, conversations and networking.
The goal of Career Days is to provide practical education and tools to enhance students' career development while studying and prepare students for participation in the labor market.
What is Careers Connections (Tengslatorg)?
Tengslatorg is a collaboration platform between the university community and the business community.
It is possible to get in touch with students and researchers with the goal of increasing students' access to the labor market, where their knowledge, skills, and abilities can be used to tackle diverse jobs and challenges in a dynamic and technologically advanced world.

By registering, you indicate your willingness to participate in one or more
networking events that will be held at the annual University of Iceland Career Days

Would you like to advertise on the UI Careers Connections website?
This website allows employers and other stakeholders to connect with the diverse talent pool of University of Iceland students, as well as engage with university departments and researchers.
The University of Iceland's job board is an excellent platform for advertising job opportunities for its students. These may include summer jobs, part-time positions during studies, or future roles requiring a university degree. The job board's project manager reviews and approves all listings before publication.
To advertise a job vacancy, you need to create an account on the UI Careers Connections on behalf of an employer or institution or log in if you are already a user.
The labour market
The University of Iceland's networking platform invites businesses to advertise job vacancies or other employment-related projects where student workers are sought. Registration is free of charge.
Through this collaboration between the University of Iceland and the business community, students are being prepared for participation in the labor market.
